SalesManager Online user classes

We recognize four different classes of user subscription:

  • Base Usage (BU). This applies to any of the above modules as base system.

  • Additional Functionality (AF). This applies to any of the above modules as extensions to a BU license.

  • Extended Functionality (EF). This applies to any of the above modules as extensions to a BU and AF license combination.

  • Limited Functionality (LF) usage. LF usage also applies to light users (Timesheet users for example) or read-only users. Pricing for LF usage is available on request.

This may sound complicated, but believe us it’s not!

*Minimum usage

The minimum number of users for a SalesManager Online subscription is 3 users with BU and AF subscriptions. After that you can add users at BU, AF and/or EF pricing.

Add-ons

A number of options are available to the standard modules as well. These are system-wide options and are not user-based pricing.

  • Warehousing (Load Lists, Replenishment, Bulk to pick, Advance Shipping Notifications). This is an extension to the ERP module for more extensive Stock Control. This option is available for £100 per month.

  • E-Commerce integration. Webshops can be wired onto the ERP module allowing real-time look ups of Price and Stock and direct booking of Orders in the ERP module. This option is available for £100 per month.

  • Basecone integration. A real-time integration with Basecone allows scanned invoices to be transparently booked into the ERP and P2P modules where they can be matched against Purchase Orders and Incoming Goods. This option is available for £25 per month.

    Transsmart integration. This offers access to over 300 transport companies across Europe. Book real-time pickup and delivery of your goods from any location worldwide and receive track and tracing links back in your ERP system. This option is available for £25 per month.

  • P2P / Purchase to Pay module. This option is available for £25 per month.

Business Intelligence (BI) – powered by Qlik®

For larger sites that require extensive graphical analysis of their business with KPI’s, Dashboards and Cockpits, SalesManager Software offers a BI platform based on Qlik Sense. SalesManager BI is available at £50 per user per month with a minimum of five users and in increments of five thereafter.

SalesManager Portals

Want to offer your customers access to their own data? Then SalesManager Portals offers a customized Portal platform that can be embedded into your company website. A SalesManager Portal typically offers your customers:

  • Access to their own profile. Allow customers to update their billing info.

  • My current Orders and expected Shipping dates.

  • My Invoices. Download a copy of any invoice.

  • My Projects and hours booked on them

  • My Accounts Receivable. How much do they owe you.

Apps

SalesManager Software offers a number of mobile solutions which run offline on iOS and Android devices.

  • SalesManager CRM Mobile. Offering Account Management, Calendaring and Task Management, this module is available for £10 per user per month with a minimum of three users.

  • SalesManager Field Service Mobile. This is a tabloid solution for iOS and Android and available for £30 per user per month with a minimum of five users.
